Our skilled culinary team has perfected the art of fusion cooking to create intriguing blends of flavour, texture, colour and aroma by placing an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients.

Our chefs will delight you with a la carte options featuring Creole, French, contemporary and Mediterranean cuisine, complemented by Asian and Creole accents. 'Catch-of-the-day' offers a variety of freshly caught fish to suit every taste and appetite.

Typical dishes include Lobster sago salad with green asparagus, scented fresh basil and peach ravioli coolant, Grilled sea scallops a la plancha, with scented wasabi and crispy asparagus tempura soba-style, Cherry gazpacho with goat's cheese ice cream and herb salad, Slow-cooked pan seared pigeon with artichokes and quail egg scented with truffles oil, Almond panacotta with cilantro salad and pineapple and hazelnut gianduja raviolitto and a Duo of grapefruits on a fine layer of pistachio biscuit and vanilla 'air'. TEC TEC RESTAURANT
Tec-Tec Restaurant at Maia is the only gourmet restaurant to be found on Mahe and is for the exclusive use of residents only.

Maia's culinary team focuses on 'haute light cuisine' for guests seeking low-calorie options. Intuitive and highly trained, Maia's multi-lingual staff unobtrusively provide matchless service to enhance each superb dining experience to its fullest.
 

THE SUNSET POOL BAR
En route to the main pool and beach, you will discover the Sunset Pool Bar where a variety of delicious snacks and refreshing signature cocktails are served. Select your aperitif whilst watching the sunset and listening to the sounds of the Indian Ocean before indulging in Tec Tec's gourmet cuisine.
 

ROMANTIC & SECLUDED
At Maia, you have complete freedom to dine in the privacy of your own villa with a meal organised by your personal butler - or you can take to the beaches for a candlelit dinner alongside the stunning Indian Ocean waves. Barbeques can be arranged in the seclusion of your own villa's gazebo and there is a wide choice of secluded garden terraces by the poolside providing a refreshing choice for those seeking intimacy.
